Moreover, as an ideal material in the pipeline for transporting corrosive media in chemical industry, the service life of the pipeline depends on the pipe fittings, and titanium parts have attracted more and more attention of engineers and technicians. Let's analyze the working conditions of titanium parts: titanium alloy pipes mainly transport highly corrosive and dangerous media. 1、 Reducer:

According to the working condition of the reducer, when the medium passes through the reducer, the medium often flows from the big end to the small end. 2、 Elbow:

Elbow is one of the important pipe fittings of each pipeline system. It not only changes the flow direction of medium, but also increases the flexibility of pipeline. When the medium passes through the elbow, the medium with pressure directly rushes the back of the elbow, and the medium flows along the back to the outlet. It can be seen that the back of the elbow bears both great pressure and serious erosion and corrosion, indicating that the load on the back is greater than any part.

3、 Tee:

The working condition of the tee is similar to that of the elbow. When the medium passes through the tee, it directly rushes to the intersection of the branch of the two-way and the straight road. The bearing pressure and scouring corrosion here are greater than those in other parts. The branch is the pressure relief and diversion state of the main pipeline.
